Redwings Lodge Rutland - Uppingham

I have just returned from a quite comfortable stay in this cheap hotel, spotless rooms. Accommodating and very polite staff as one would expect.

Toast, cereal and fruit were great, we appreciated meals they served. The location for Uppingham was marvellous and magnificent, not far from a good area for visits to Rutland Water close by, v good restaurant, and beautiful surroundings.

Magnificent location in a very quiet area very close to the restaurant as well as local amenities. Family double room with a view.

Very cute staff who went out of their way to assist us.

The parking situation was quite limited and often full.

It was an excellent experience. The hotel was located adjacent to a convenient area, close to Rutland water and Uppingham prior to arrival. All of the staff was excellent and extremely friendly. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was amazing to satisfy everyone...

I had a surprisingly nice stay! The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the comfortable bed. Breakfast was just right, with simple continental options that did the job.

The rooms are spacious with a comfy bed and a big desk. The staff were super friendly, and my request for a quieter room was happily accommodated. Loved the free hot drinks at reception too!

Comfortable bed, spacious room, with amenities like a tv and the convenience of free parking for exploring surrounding attractions after a good night's sleep.

Rooms can be a bit noisy from adjacent areas.

We enjoyed some lovely walks in the nearby area and hit up the local pub for dinner. The room wasnice and neat, and the breakfast had decent choices. Always nice to have tea and coffee making facilities. Perfect for a group stay!

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from other guests at night, which wasn't the best for sleep.

The location was appealing with several nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the room was sizable with a comfortable double bed. Cleanliness was a concern. The towels were not fresh, and the toilet was unstable, posing a safety risk. While the availability of breakfast from 6 am was a plus, the overall experience was somewhat overshadowed by maintenance issues.

The breakfast was a lovely spread of toast and cereals, perfect for kickstarting the day! Plus, the local Indian spot next door was a treat for dinner, offering great flavors until late. Adequate amenities.

Had to track down the receptionist for an iron while she was outside having a chat. A bit clunky service right when I needed it, but the essentials shone overall.

Cozy vibes and chill breakfast options

The family double room was super comfy, and the breakfast was spot on! I loved being able to grab what I wanted and head out early. The location is great for heading out, just hit a fab picnic area nearby. Only bummer was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy fast wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and free parking. The staff wisely recommended local deliveries on my first visit, which I appreciated. I'm looking forward to my next holiday here!
